Salary: $149,850 - $185,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the enablement calendar and coordinate the rollout of key programs and initiatives.
• Drive adoption and best practices across core GTM tools including Salesforce and Gong.
• Build and document playbooks for how tools are used within the sales process.
• Develop and reinforce repeatable sales motions and deal workflows to improve pipeline hygiene.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between Sales, RevOps, Enablement, and Technical teams to identify and close process gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps, or Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and deal cycles.
• Proven experience owning or driving adoption of GTM tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to translate strategy into practical workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in sales, such as conversational intelligence and automation.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
