Senior Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation of Windfall solutions across customer data and applications.
• Analyze customer data and configure initial attribution based on customer KPIs.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams as a subject matter expert.
• Resolve data and technical issues throughout the onboarding process.
• Develop application training and customer-facing content.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to build implementation processes into the application.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an external client-facing role with strong emotional intelligence.
• Basic data science skills or a demonstrated interest in self-learning.
• Proficiency with analytical tools, methodologies, and design; Command-Line and SQL proficiency is valuable for the role.
• Strong internal and external communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments with limited direction.
• Technical implementation experience and willingness to adopt new technical and non-technical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Martech or Adtech ecosystem.
• Experience in financial services, retail, travel, or hospitality.
