Founders Associate (Fintech)

Location: On-site in London, Dubai, New York, or Singapore

What you will do

• Own strategic initiatives from opportunity scoping through execution and delivery.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to implement strategy.
• Design and improve business processes and operating systems.
• Support prioritization and resource allocation with executive leadership.
• Analyze business performance using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build internal tools, establish operating cadence, track KPIs, and maintain accountability.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, a startup or scale-up, or a similar analytical environment.
• Proven ability to take initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to simplify complex problems.

Nice to have

• Fluency in languages beyond English.
• Experience working in global or emerging markets.
