Implementation Analyst

What you will do

• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation projects.
• Facilitate client onboarding onto the Clearwater platform and customize solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients use the platform effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalate them to the Project Manager when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while providing consultancy aligned with project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Beginner-level Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts is preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to apply basic accounting rules.
• Strong computer, analytical, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of securities or financial markets, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income, is preferred.
