What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel integrated demand generation campaigns including email, direct mail, webinars, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Product teams to align campaign strategies with pipeline generation and revenue goals.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycles using project management tools to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs, landing pages, and webinars within marketing automation platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine segmentation, funnel efficiency, and overall ROI.
  • Coordinate with ABM managers to engage target accounts and buying groups using advanced marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing campaign management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns including email, webinars, and paid media.
  • Advanced project management skills with experience using tools like Asana.
  • Strong analytical ability to monitor funnel performance and optimize programs based on data metrics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
