What you will do
- Execute multi-channel integrated demand generation campaigns including email, direct mail, webinars, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Product teams to align campaign strategies with pipeline generation and revenue goals.
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycles using project management tools to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.
- Build and optimize nurture programs, landing pages, and webinars within marketing automation platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine segmentation, funnel efficiency, and overall ROI.
- Coordinate with ABM managers to engage target accounts and buying groups using advanced marketing technologies.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing campaign management.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns including email, webinars, and paid media.
- Advanced project management skills with experience using tools like Asana.
- Strong analytical ability to monitor funnel performance and optimize programs based on data metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
