What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and dispatching.
• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 8+ employees.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Maintain and improve SAP transactional accuracy for inventory and warehousing processes.
• Lead physical inventory counts and cycle count processes.
• Collaborate with inventory planning, production, and finance to support regional operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or Planning.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehousing environment.
• Proven experience in inventory control practices.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
