What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center, including the receipt and storage of slabs and tile products.
• Manage inventory processes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and meet sales demands.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and company safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and regional customers.
• Lead the DC team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage the internal fleet and ensure warehouse equipment is maintained to operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
• Location: Must be based in Omaha, NE.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
