What you will do
- Shape and deliver a global learning strategy aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
- Define and lead global leadership development programs for managers and executive audiences.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and implement scalable learning solutions.
- Lead the evolution of the global learning ecosystem to ensure it is accessible, engaging, and data-led.
- Coach and develop a high-performing global learning team.
- Measure the impact of learning solutions to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading Learning & Development in a complex, global organization.
- Deep expertise in leadership development, adult learning, and change management.
- Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide learning strategies.
- Confident facilitator comfortable partnering with executive and global leadership teams.
- Strong analytical skills to connect development activity to measurable business value.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London or Manchester.
