What you will do

  • Shape and deliver a global learning strategy aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
  • Define and lead global leadership development programs for managers and executive audiences.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and implement scalable learning solutions.
  • Lead the evolution of the global learning ecosystem to ensure it is accessible, engaging, and data-led.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing global learning team.
  • Measure the impact of learning solutions to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading Learning & Development in a complex, global organization.
  • Deep expertise in leadership development, adult learning, and change management.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide learning strategies.
  • Confident facilitator comfortable partnering with executive and global leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to connect development activity to measurable business value.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to London or Manchester.
