What you will do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment solutions and create plans to help customers get back on track.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes on all customer interactions and account actions.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate customers or collateral when necessary.
• Review accounts for potential repossession while following company guidelines.
• Ensure all activities meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
• At least one year of consumer collections experience in a high call-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of collection laws, specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Proficiency with computers, including data entry, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and telephone etiquette skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
