What you will do

• Review open accounts and past-due invoices to reduce overall receivables.
• Conduct professional outbound collection calls and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify root causes of account delinquency and collaborate with management on process improvements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, files, and spreadsheets.
• Perform general administrative and data-entry tasks for the finance team.
• Participate in special projects and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have recently completed a college degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional communication style.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently and in a team.
