Salary: $54,080 – $66,809 per year (based on $26.00–$32.12/hour)

What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales consultation for consumer lending, deposits, and fiduciary accounts.
• Diagnose and address member financial needs, referring to specialized services when necessary.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education, budgeting, and debt management programs.
• Process and sign loan documents originating from call center channels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on credit union objectives and product solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays.
• Must be able to complete a 12-week in-house training program.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• One year of experience in a financial institution.
• Spanish language fluency.
• Understanding of state and federal financial regulations.
