What you will do

• Manage the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department.
• Identify overdue accounts and negotiate solutions to bring loans to current status.
• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve debts.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals and performance metrics.
• Ensure all activities comply with company collections policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
