What you will do
- Collect outstanding payments within the personal finance department as an individual contributor.
- Identify overdue accounts and develop solutions to bring loans up to date.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients to resolve outstanding debts.
- Track collection activity and meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Follow collections policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
- Knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, professional, and collaborative approach.
