Retirement Plan Advisor (Fintech): Assisting individuals in achieving successful retirement outcomes through group and individual consultations for defined contribution 403(b) plans with an accent on data-driven analytical thinking and territory management. Focus on building strategic partnerships with stakeholders and driving positive retirement income objectives across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Location: Must reside within the assigned territory (IL, WI, IA). Role requires travel within the territory.
Salary: $75,800 – $107,075

What you will do
- Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations for 403(b) plan participants.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Facilitate one-on-one virtual and on-site meetings using professional presentation technologies.
- Create and execute business plans to drive positive retirement income objectives.
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal service and management teams to meet service level agreements.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Strong presentation, relationship building, and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required (or ability to obtain within timeline).
Nice to have
- Current FINRA registrations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Understanding of defined contribution plans and retirement planning building blocks.
