Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (Fintech): Owning financial planning, forecasting, and analytical infrastructure for the Go-to-Market organization with an accent on revenue forecasting and GTM expense models. Focus on building bottoms-up pipeline-driven models, optimizing pricing and packaging, and translating complex financial data into executive narratives.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA area (initially remote, moving to hybrid 3 days/week). No sponsorship provided now or in the future.

What you will do

• Own the revenue forecast by partnering with Sales leadership to build bottoms-up pipeline-driven models.
• Develop driver-based GTM expense models for Sales and Marketing, including headcount planning and quota capacity analysis.
• Lead monthly and quarterly GTM financial reviews, providing variance analysis connected to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Support annual budget and strategic planning cycles for all GTM functions.
• Perform pricing and packaging analysis, assessing transactional product economics and customer adoption trends.
• Translate complex financial analysis into executive-ready narratives for the ELT and board.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent proven work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with meaningful exposure to GTM in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to build revenue and bookings forecast models with pipeline-based drivers.
• Strong grasp of SaaS GTM metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Pipeline coverage.
• Experience utilizing CRM and billing system data, specifically Salesforce and NetSuite.
