What you will do

  • Manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients, ensuring long-term retention and relationship health.
  • Design and implement retirement plan structures, including benchmarking and investment menu analysis.
  • Identify business development opportunities and manage a pipeline of prospective clients via referrals and COI relationships.
  • Provide fiduciary guidance and advise clients on regulatory and legislative developments affecting their plans.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists, such as Investment Consultants and Financial Advisors, to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Conduct benchmarking due diligence to ensure clients' plans remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retirement plan related experience required.
  • Must possess a valid relevant securities license to allow registration as an IAR.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
