TL;DR
Sales Training & Implementation Specialist (Finance): Delivering training and coaching to Virtual Advisor and Client Engagement Teams with an accent on adult learning principles and scalable curriculum design. Location: Remote within the US, but required to be on site periodically for live program delivery
Salary: $70,434 - $95,294 per year

What you will do
- Lead training classes for Virtual Advisors and Sales Managers to increase advice competency and performance levels.
- Design and execute a repeatable and scalable curriculum framework for new hire onboarding and productivity.
- Source, evaluate, and create original training content tailored for the Virtual Advice channel.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to move new hires through onboarding and troubleshoot roadblocks.
- Utilize KPIs and metrics to optimize training delivery methods and content selection.
- Establish a support network with internal and external training partners to enhance skill sets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services in an advisory capacity.
- 3+ years of experience in training content development and facilitating remote/in-person training.
- Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning theory (e.g., Bloom’s taxonomy).
- Experience with eLearning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or obtainable within 90 days) and active insurance producer licenses.
Nice to have
- Experience in coaching and mentoring within a remote setting.
