What you will do

• Contact customers via inbound and outbound calls to arrange payment solutions.
• Negotiate payment plans while meeting daily and monthly performance targets.
• Conduct extensive skip tracing to locate customers and collateral.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and vehicle recovery progress.
• Collaborate with team members to support department goals and share case information.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information and company operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive finance industry.
• Strong background in collections, repossession, and skip tracing.
• Thorough understanding of FDCPA and state/federal collection laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
