What you will do

• Analyze credit data to determine risk and make decisions to approve or deny credit extensions within established authority and regulations.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships to meet volume objectives and credit quality standards.
• Capture automotive finance contracts meeting profitability criteria.
• Work queues to acceptable service levels and collaborate with branch offices and other departments.
• Conduct joint calls with Dealer Relationship Managers and perform outbound telemarketing to dealers.
• Establish monthly goals for assigned dealers and ensure proper documentation on all deals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of underwriting/sales in automotive industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, retail automobile financing, indirect lending, state/federal regulations, and compliance.
• Familiarity with motor vehicle contracts, credit underwriting, funding processes, and company credit policies.
• Proven credit risk analysis, customer relations, negotiation, and dealer management skills.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended hours; limited travel may be required.
