Salary: $26.00 - $32.12 hourly

What you will do

• Provide expert customer service and sales consultations for business services, consumer lending, and deposit servicing.
• Execute line and loan documents for members originating through the call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education, budgeting, and debt management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to diagnose and address diverse member financial needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including up to 3 Saturdays per month.
• One-year commitment to remain in the role, location, and schedule.
• Ability to commute between Tumwater and Tukwila for the initial 12-week training.

Nice to have

• One year of experience specifically within a financial institution.
• Spanish language fluency.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
