What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of core banking implementations from discovery through to go-live.
• Develop project plans, manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configuration.
• Prepare and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support cutover planning.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Ensure structured handovers to Support teams post-implementation.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in implementation, consulting, or delivery within banking or fintech environments.
• Solid understanding of banking processes including loans, deposits, GL, and operations.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex, customer-facing projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple workstreams within a single implementation project.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership experience in a full core banking implementation.
• Familiarity with data migration processes or API-based integrations.
• Experience working within distributed or global team structures.
