Salary: $85,000 – $130,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate performance insights into acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business roadmaps.
• Define and test levers to drive profitable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders ranging from front-line teams to the C-suite.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 1+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm or relevant business analysis/operations experience.
• High level of comfort with SQL and running complex data analysis.
• Strong framework for problem-solving and ability to work from first principles.
