Salary: $93,000–$111,600 annually + 8% Target Incentives

What you will do

  • Translate WWT Microsoft Statements of Work (SOW) and Level of Effort (LoE) into quotes within Salesforce.
  • Own end-to-end data accuracy and integrity across WWT and hirify.global Salesforce instances for Microsoft services opportunities.
  • Administer the Microsoft Partner Center, ensuring compliant customer associations and partner activity records.
  • Prepare and validate data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and governance decks using Tableau or Power BI to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to improve cross-system operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Toronto, ON, Canada.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar reporting and analytics role.
  • Post-Secondary Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working with Sales or Customer data in a B2B technology environment.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Salesforce.com CRM platform.
