What you will do

• Lead the implementation of hirify.global One® projects, aligning customer requirements with optimal software solutions for Investment Operations.
• Manage all aspects of project streams, acting as a key sparring partner for global financial clients.
• Utilize Global Standard Solutions to deliver high-quality software integration and data management outcomes.
• Mentor and instruct junior colleagues to improve internal implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and international colleagues to exchange know-how and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, banks, or consulting firms.
• Expertise in Enterprise Data Management and Data Integration architecture (REST API, JSON, XML, XSLT).
• Technical proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), ETL tools, and scripting languages like Python or C#.
• Proven track record of software implementation projects within the financial industry.
• Must be based in Toronto and available for travel to client sites.
• English: C1+ proficiency (excellent oral and written communication).
