hirify.global is building a comprehensive financial platform encompassing Intelligent Investing (wealth) and Mogo (lending).

What you will do

• Own analytics for core product areas, focusing on customer behavior, funnel health, engagement, and retention.
• Map complex customer journeys across acquisition and onboarding to identify friction points and drop-offs.
• Build scalable datasets, dashboards, and standardized KPIs in Snowflake to provide a unified view of business performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk teams to translate business logic into reusable data structures.
• Aggressively utilize AI to automate manual analytical workflows, generate documentation, and accelerate output quality.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure correct instrumentation of key customer events and product flows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing analytical data models.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into daily analytical workflows to eliminate manual work.
• Experience connecting user-level behavior to business outcomes like LTV and conversion.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake Cortex Analyst or similar semantic-layer technologies.
• Background in financial services, lending, credit risk, or capital markets.
• Exposure to conversational analytics, AI agents, or natural language query interfaces.
• Experience supporting cloud analytics migrations or data platform modernization.
