TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing for group and multi-day travel businesses with an accent on outbound sales and relationship building. Focus on delivering engaging product demos, managing pipelines in HubSpot, and scaling the US market.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (on-site 4 days per week in the Loop)

Salary: Base $65,000 USD + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE $115,000, Year 2 OTE $150,000)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, and closing.
  • Build relationships with multi-day tour operators across the United States.
  • Deliver engaging demos that showcase the value of the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track all activity using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless client handoff.
  • Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to drive platform improvement.

Requirements

  • Full legal right to work in the US (citizenship or residency) is required; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
  • Must be able to join the downtown Chicago office by July 2026.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in inside sales via emails and phone calls.
  • Confidence in high-volume outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits.

Nice to have

  • B2B sales experience, specifically selling to SMBs.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
  • Existing network or experience within the travel industry.
