90-Day Collections Representative (Finance)

Location: On-site in Las Vegas, NV, USA

Salary: $20.00 per hour plus monthly bonus potential

What you will do

• Contact customers with accounts more than 90 days past due to negotiate payment solutions.
• Utilize skip-tracing techniques to locate customers and identify collateral.
• Collaborate with repossession agents to recover assets when necessary.
• Maintain high call volume while ensuring professionalism and compliance with FDCPA.
• Achieve monthly delinquency reduction goals through consistent follow-up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend subprime collections experience required.
• Auto collections experience required.
• Strong knowledge of skip-tracing and negotiation techniques.
• Thorough understanding of state and federal collection laws, including FDCPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
