Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $74,000–$95,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Configure workflows, reporting, APIs, flat-file finance exchanges, and data migrations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, utilization, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Support client testing, change management, documentation, and readiness for launch.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and align deliverables.
• Improve implementation processes, tools, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or legal operations.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Technical aptitude with data, integrations, and system behavior; experience with data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Postman, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting REST APIs, including authentication, endpoints, JSON/XML payloads, and error handling.
• Software development, scripting, or database experience with SQL, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience configuring APIs and flat-file finance integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise legal management, spend management, or contract lifecycle management systems.
