Senior Project Manager, Product (AI)

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product projects from initiation through launch, managing timelines, scope, budget, quality, and contracted delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, workstreams, staffing plans, and project resources.
• Partner with clients, lead communications, manage stakeholder expectations, and present project status and decisions.
• Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives while supporting project profitability.
• Identify risks, solve problems, escalate issues, and drive operational improvements.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of product development practices and ways of working.
• Experience independently owning complex projects or workstreams from kickoff through launch.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, resource planning, staffing, and project financial skills.
• Confidence leading client conversations and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to mentor junior Project Managers and foster trust across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to incorporate AI as an integral part of daily work.

Nice to have

• Prior agency or services experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
