Implementation Manager

Location: New York City, NY; 5 days a week in-office at the Soho office

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from signed contract through testing, piloting, and go-live.
• Assess accounting requirements and customer technology stacks, then design ERP, CRM, tax, payments, and finance-system integrations.
• Map customer business processes to the hirify.global platform and support critical finance and billing workflows.
• Manage requirements, timelines, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and detailed roadmaps for complex multi-month projects.
• Coach internal teams on accounting best practices and recommend change-management approaches.
• Identify product gaps, escalate issues, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, and Customer Success on scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in implementation or customer onboarding, preferably at early-stage startups.
• Deep expertise in accounting principles and technical systems, with the ability to work across finance and integration environments.
• Strong technical acumen and experience designing implementation plans and advanced workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CFOs, controllers, finance leaders, system administrators, and engineers.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations, solving problems, and delivering projects to completion.
• Must work in the New York City office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage.
• Fintech or SaaS industry experience.
• Background with finance and accounting software.
• Big Four experience or CPA certification.
