What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to expand the pipeline within the assigned specialty area.
- Collaborate with account managers to provide technical expertise and support during client engagements.
- Develop and execute pursuit plans to ensure alignment with broader account strategies.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitor offerings to strategically position HPE products and services.
- Contribute to proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to partners and clients to reduce learning curves and build sales readiness.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of advanced sales experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher sales quotas.
- Extensive knowledge of vertical industry trends and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment at partner or customer locations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
