What you will do

  • Design and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and partner tiers.
  • Develop scalable co-marketing programs, toolkits, and enablement materials to drive partner activation and revenue.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and partner marketing budgets for webinars, events, and content.
  • Define KPIs and track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue to optimize ROI.
  • Align with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure messaging consistency and effective regional activities.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 10 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling partner programs within the enterprise technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of GSIs, technology alliances, and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Experience using AI workflows and tools to scale marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the automation, AI, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
  • Knowledge of PRM platforms and partner compensation models.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with global partner programs and international marketing.
