What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with current and prospective accounting firm clients across the territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business, add-on sales, and renewals.
• Identify and pursue a healthy pipeline of opportunities using the hirify.global sales methodology.
• Engage at the executive level (CIO, CTO, CFO, CMO) to educate prospects on hirify.global solutions.
• Partner with client success teams to ensure clients achieve expected outcomes from their investment.
• Represent the company at sponsored events and within the broader accounting market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven success selling enterprise SaaS software.
• Location in the eastern or central U.S. with proximity to a major airport.
• Track record of consultative, multi-transaction selling and building long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills to influence leadership.
• Willingness to travel regionally, with some national and international travel as needed.
