What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic sales of Agentic technology solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business and territory plans for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Lead a virtual team consisting of partner resources, presales, deal desk, and customer success to drive sales wins.
• Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, demonstrations, RFP responses, and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute growth plans through partners and end users.
• Analyze competitor technological strategies to effectively position hirify.global's value proposition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling into IT stakeholders.
• Domain expertise in Identity Security, cybersecurity, agentic technologies, or data architecture/governance.
• Strong communication skills for discovery calls and needs analysis.
• Must be based in California, USA.
• Ability to perform business travel approximately 50% of the time.
