What you will do

• Manage biometrics project teams from study start-up through closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Lead team meetings, distribute agendas, and maintain project timelines and milestones.
• Manage project financials, including monthly accruals and invoice generation.
• Identify risks, facilitate issue resolution, and manage change orders.
• Support business development activities and contract development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences required.
• 3+ years of experience in the Pharma/CRO industry.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Solid knowledge of Biometrics services and inter-dependencies.
• Understanding of FDA regulations, drug development, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
