What you will do

• Define strategic and tactical frameworks for pharma projects and lead execution from design through handover.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams, establishing clear direction and priorities for predictable project execution.
• Manage relationships with customers, contractors, and senior stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and changes to protect business outcomes and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer value and project performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Clayton, NC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven success managing mid-to-large scale design projects with total installed cost (TIC) ranging from $20M to $300M.
• Strong familiarity with GMP, project lifecycle methodologies, and design documentation standards.

• PMP certification or equivalent.
