Principal Product Owner (Copilot Studio)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; employees are expected to work at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and agent families across investments, research, product information, client reporting, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Define product vision, scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and lifecycle plans from ideation through production and ongoing enhancement.
• Translate asset management workflows into agent behaviors, instructions, guardrails, response constraints, and functional and technical requirements.
• Guide data sourcing, integrations, APIs, reusable components, Power Platform capabilities, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
• Apply prompt design and RAG techniques to ground responses in proprietary investment data and reduce hallucinations.
• Represent products in architecture, security, and governance reviews while monitoring adoption, quality, time savings, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of measurable experience in product ownership, product management, or business-focused technology roles.
• Strong understanding of asset management, including investments, products, client servicing, or operations.
• Experience translating complex business workflows into actionable product requirements and managing backlogs and priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI and low-code platforms.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt and instruction design, data integration patterns, AI limitations, and RAG techniques.
• Ability to work with engineers, architects, data teams, security partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts in governed or regulated environments.
