What you will do

• Serve as the single accountable owner for a portfolio of Copilot Studio agents across various business domains.
• Define product vision, scope, and success metrics while managing the full lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Translate complex asset management workflows into actionable user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and platform teams to define agent instructions, guardrails, and technical integration patterns.
• Ensure all agents comply with enterprise security, data protection, and financial regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance metrics such as adoption, quality improvement, and risk reduction to guide future enhancements.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in product ownership or management within the industry.
• Strong understanding of the Asset Management business, including investments, operations, or client servicing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI/low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of LLM fundamentals, prompt design, and RAG techniques.
• Ability to engage credibly with business leaders, engineers, and security partners.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.
