Manager, Product Owner Financial Systems and Technology (Oracle P2P)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, with remote work available and periodic in-office attendance required for projects or initiatives. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $116,080–$199,595 per year, plus potential eligibility for the annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own Oracle Procure-to-Pay applications covering Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Cash Management.
• Build and manage the P2P product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and coordinating delivery with IT and Finance stakeholders.
• Lead the evaluation and deployment of AI and automation opportunities across P2P, including configuration, data readiness, controls, and audit compliance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate scoping, solution design, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Drive end-to-end P2P process improvement, standardization, KPI monitoring, data governance, and internal control effectiveness.
• Manage and develop Business Analysts supporting Oracle P2P initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with a leading P2P technology suite, preferably Oracle Fusion, from a Finance or Finance IT perspective.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and their impact on the general ledger and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, Agile delivery, and iterative project methodologies.
• Proven people management, analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, or a related field preferred.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power Automate, AI-driven process solutions, Power BI, or SmartView.
