Senior Product Manager II (AI Automation)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; on-site five days per week

Base salary: $150,000–$275,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Define product vision and priorities through collaboration with sales, marketing, professional services, engineering, and UX.
• Act as Product Owner for an Agile squad, clarify feature needs, shape technical solutions, and prioritize increments.
• Guide feature design and review delivery milestones with engineers and UX designers.
• Track adoption, usage, and product metrics to evaluate market impact and optimize features.
• Own rollouts through documentation, enablement, bug prioritization, and market readiness.
• Mentor junior product managers and share product management expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• At least 5 years of progressive Product Management experience, ideally in technical platforms or core infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise software and comparative analysis of competing architectures.
• Proven fluency in AI and Large Language Models, including strategic platform development and practical AI tool usage.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills and the ability to align teams around technical tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience managing APIs, enterprise integrations, or foundational cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience designing systems that use agentic AI to improve user productivity.
