TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Closing net new business opportunities for a flagship compensation platform with an accent on consultative selling to HR and Compensation executives. Focus on managing full-cycle enterprise sales, overcoming complex objections, and achieving annual quotas of $1M+.
Location: Remote (US). Unable to hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.
Salary: $150,000 Base + $125,000 Commission (OTE $275,000)

What you will do
- Close net new business opportunities, managing an annual quota of $1M+.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on territory planning to develop quality opportunities.
- Prospect into enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) using persona-specific communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads and communicate value propositions to HR and compensation executives.
- Maintain accurate market intelligence and records within Salesforce and Outreach.
- Manage high-velocity sales cycles from initial discovery and product demonstrations to final negotiation and closing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive selling B2B SaaS to Enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of managing and achieving an annual quota of $1M+.
- Strong experience selling to HR personas, specifically within the talent space (e.g., ATS, Recruitment Marketing).
- Proficiency with the SaaS sales tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
