What you will do

• Establish and track detailed engineering plans, deliverables, milestones, and progress by discipline.
• Monitor manufacturing activities including drawing release, production, testing, and key milestones.
• Update project schedules, perform critical path analyses, and develop catch-up plans.
• Track workload, hours, productivity, and support resource allocation optimization.
• Produce reports for project reviews and contribute to change tracking and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Understanding of engineering-manufacturing-testing workflows.
• Analytical rigor and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• French (advanced), English (working knowledge).
• Legal status to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with EPC projects, energy, industrial equipment, or hydroelectricity.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Power BI or other reporting tools.
