What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, ICT, structural, and architectural specialists.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from proposal and kickoff through design completion and construction support.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment between design teams and project objectives.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance, including forecasts, invoicing, fee utilization, and change management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience in engineering, architecture, or design consulting.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of data center systems including electrical, mechanical, ICT, and HVAC infrastructure.
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC environments and tools such as Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and Microsoft Project.
• Eligibility to work in Canada required.

Nice to have

• Professional designation such as P.Eng, PE, Registered Architect, or PMP certification.
