What you will do

• Build and maintain the Compliance and Security workstream plan, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR audit-readiness activities across business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive evidence-readiness, including request collection, gap analysis, and control-owner alignment.
• Coordinate remediation planning across security domains such as Access, Vulnerability, Incident, and Asset Management.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, and produce executive-ready status updates.
• Facilitate workshops and control reviews to ensure practical, evidence-backed audit paths.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in compliance, security, or IT governance.
• Proven experience managing SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, or GDPR audit-readiness initiatives.
• Ability to structure delivery in evolving environments where documentation or ownership is incomplete.
• Strong expertise in RAID management, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar GRC and management tools.

Nice to have

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
• Experience coordinating evidence across fragmented platforms or distributed operational teams.
• Understanding of ITSM, CMDB, observability, and security architecture.
