What you will do

• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations, ensuring security and maintainability.
• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein AI, to deliver business value.
• Design, build, and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems using Workato.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to co-design solutions.
• Mentor other Salesforce engineers through architecture guidance, design reviews, and documentation.
• Own the end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ solutions and cross-system contract lifecycle strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of expert-level proficiency with Salesforce.com in complex enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years of experience building integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (5+ years).
• 2+ years of experience configuring Ironclad or comparable CLM tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clay or comparable data enrichment and GTM workflow automation platforms.
• Core Pardot experience.
• Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, and/or CPQ Specialist.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
