Location: Hybrid for the Wakefield, MA office (In-office one day every other week, plus additional trainings/workshops as needed)

Salary: $95,000–$105,000

What you will do

• Build and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Develop cloud-ready and containerized applications for internal and external platforms.
• Design and implement API-based integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
• Conduct requirements analysis, document technical specifications, and debug complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering team members to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.
• Manage source control, testing, and CI/CD release processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce technologies.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, Salesforce data model, and security model.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs with JSON and XML data formats.
• Familiarity with SQL/SOQL and source control tools such as Gearset.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Wakefield, MA office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in general-purpose languages, especially Node and Python.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud technologies.
• Salesforce certifications.
