Salary: $180,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex, greenfield problems, translating ambiguity into clear strategies.
• Develop full-stack features across web and mobile frontends using TypeScript and React/React Native.
• Build scalable backend services using Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to deliver customer-centric software.
• Implement observable, efficient, and resilient systems while participating in an on-call rotation.
• Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the engineering culture and onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Seattle, WA office (Hybrid).
• 6+ years of professional software development experience with end-to-end system operation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React or React Native at product scale.
• Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed large-scale systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code) in the software lifecycle.
