Location: Remote (USA only). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
Salary: $175,000 - $185,000 annually

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers for complex business requirements.
- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts, and Campaigns.
- Implement REST API integrations with third-party platforms like Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft, including bi-directional data sync.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated Salesforce deployments across environments.
- Act as technical advisor, lead discovery sessions, produce design documents, ensure data governance and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting in enterprise environments.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification required.
- Deep expertise in APEX (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience with REST API integrations, HubSpot-Salesforce sync, and Salesloft integration.
- Proficiency with Bitbucket/Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado), Salesforce data/security models.
- Excellent communication skills.
