Compensation: $150,000 – $187,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend code to support features for 5 million users.
• Develop fullstack solutions using TypeScript, React, and React Native.
• Provide technical leadership and guide the team's overall technical direction.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers through pair programming.
• Collaborate with PM and design teams to define and build new product features.
• Evolve marketing website performance and SEO strategies, including AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• 4+ years of software engineering experience building fullstack applications.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks and general-purpose languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go.
• Ability to discuss and explain system architecture and component design.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience building production mobile applications in React Native.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
