ABM Strategist (B2B Marketing): Supporting the Director of Account Based Marketing in building, running, and optimizing account-based programs across a B2B portfolio with an accent on platform execution in 6Sense/Demandbase and data-driven strategy. Focus on monitoring intent signals, maintaining target account lists, and translating complex data into actionable campaign inputs for cross-functional teams.
Location: Must be based in Colombia (Remote, hybrid, or in-office options available).

What you will do
- Build, maintain, and refine target account lists, tiering, and scoring models in 6Sense and Demandbase.
- Monitor intent data and engagement signals daily to surface actionable insights for the Director of ABM.
- Translate account tiers and intent signals into campaign briefs for Paid Media, Content, and Email teams.
- Own ABM reporting and dashboards to track pipeline influence and funnel movement.
- Coordinate cross-agency collaboration across SEO, Creative, PR, and CRO to ensure unified campaign execution.
- Leverage AI technologies and the proprietary nova ecosystem to enhance ABM processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Hands-on working proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM/intent data platforms.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM.
- Proficiency in core B2B Martech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data independently.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
