Salary: $207,000 - $243,000 base salary

What you will do

  • Define and own the global demand generation strategy for corporate and enterprise segments, tracking pipeline targets and ROI.
  • Architect integrated multi-channel programs targeting enterprise buying committees, including CIOs, COOs, and IT leaders.
  • Lead the ABM strategy for high-priority accounts using intent-driven platforms to optimize penetration and velocity.
  • Define attribution models and reporting frameworks to visualize marketing's contribution to new logo acquisition.
  • Implement an AI-first approach to workflows, utilizing automation for campaign launches and content personalization.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of demand generation strategists.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B demand generation experience in enterprise SaaS across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Proven track record of scaling a demand generation function during company growth or platform repositioning.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • High technical proficiency with GTM tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in MQL-to-SQO conversion and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience leading global stakeholders and cross-functional teams without introducing bureaucracy.
