Talent Acquisition Analyst (PWD/PCD)

Location: Brazil. Remote and hybrid options are available; the model for this role is discussed with the recruiter and hiring manager.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for global non-technical business roles across multiple levels, from job briefings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, evaluation criteria, timelines, SLAs, and scorecard completion.
• Develop sourcing strategies that improve candidate quality and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias throughout recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and country-specific recruitment guidelines.
• Improve recruitment processes, candidate communication, and team efficiency while supporting Talent Acquisition OKRs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment for non-technical or business roles.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, business acumen, and HR expertise.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to work against SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and unbiased candidate evaluation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse.
